Product Availability

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities and discontinue products without notice. If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will notify you and issue a refund for that item.

Pricing

All prices are displayed in US dollars. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time without notice, though such changes will not affect orders already placed.

Order Process

When you place an order:

• You will receive an order confirmation email acknowledging we’ve received your order
• Your order represents an offer to purchase which we accept when we send a shipping confirmation
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including limitations on quantities

Shipping Methods

• Standard Shipping ($12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx with delivery within 10-15 business days after dispatch
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS with delivery within 15-25 business days after dispatch

Shipping Limitations

We ship worldwide except to select Asian countries and remote areas. Delivery times may vary during holiday seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Delivery Responsibility

Once your package is shipped, responsibility for the package transfers to you. We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after delivery confirmation.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

• You must initiate a return request within 15 days of receiving your delivery
• Item must be unworn, unwashed, and unused with all original tags attached
• Item must be in its original packaging with proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

For health and hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned:

• Bodysuits (due to their intimate nature)
• Leggings if the hygiene strip has been removed
• Any intimate apparel or swimwear with removed hygiene tags

Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

1. Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receipt
2. Include your order number and item details
3. Wait for authorization and Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
4. Ship the item to the address provided with your RMA

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days of receiving and inspecting your return. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for size or color variations, subject to availability. If the desired item is out of stock, we will process a refund instead.
