Shipping Methods & Timeframes
We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx with delivery within 10-15 business days after dispatch.
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS with delivery within 15-25 business days after dispatch.
Please note: We ship worldwide except to select Asian countries and remote areas. Delivery times may vary during holiday seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to feel completely confident and satisfied with your Asoph Fashion purchase. If you’re not happy with your item, our straightforward returns process makes it easy to find a solution.
Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:
- Return request initiated within 15 days of receiving your delivery
- Item must be unworn, unwashed, and unused
- All original tags must be attached
- Item must be in its original packaging
- You must have the original receipt or proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
For health and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Bodysuits (due to their intimate nature)
- Leggings (if the hygiene strip has been removed)
- Any intimate apparel or swimwear with removed hygiene tags
This policy helps us maintain health and safety standards for all our valued customers.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:

- Package Your Item: Securely package the item in its original packaging, including all tags and labels.
- Ship Your Return: Mail the package to our address (provided in your RMA email). We recommend using a tracked shipping service.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- You will receive an email notification confirming receipt of your return
- We will process your refund within 3-5 business days of approval
- The refund will be credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution
Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the standard shipping cost to send your replacement item.
Exchanges
We happily accept exchanges for size or color variations, subject to availability. If the item you want is out of stock, we will process a refund instead.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).
For international returns (outside the US), we recommend using a tracked shipping service and retaining your proof of postage. We are not responsible for items lost in transit without tracking.
Damaged or Defective Items
