To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:
- In its original condition
- Unworn, unwashed, and unused
- In the original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Bodysuits (due to their intimate nature)
- Leggings (if the hygiene strip has been removed)
- Any intimate apparel or swimwear if the hygiene tag has been removed

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:
- Contact Our Team: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and details about the item you wish to return or exchange.
- Complete the Return Request Form: Use the template provided below to ensure we have all necessary information.
- Wait for Authorization: Our customer care team will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
- Package Your Item: Securely package the item in its original packaging, including all tags and labels.
- Ship Your Return: Mail the package to our address (provided in your RMA email). We recommend using a tracked shipping service.

Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- You will receive an email notification confirming receipt of your return
- We will process your refund within 3-5 business days of approval
- The refund will be credited to your original payment method
- Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution
Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the standard shipping cost to send your replacement item.
Exchanges
We happily accept exchanges for size or color variations, subject to availability. If the item you want is out of stock, we will process a refund instead.
Return Shipping
